Do you enjoy nature? Do you enjoy helping people?
Museum Volunteer Opportunity: The Museum is looking for volunteers who can help people enjoy and learn from the collections, exhibits, and activities in the Museum. Your presence can assure that the Museum is open on weekends and certain holidays and for groups on weekdays. You would be showing visitors what there is to see and do in the Museum, selling items from our small nature shop, and doing some minimal record keeping. Training is provided. While at the Museum you may be on your feet for long periods of time.
If you volunteer in the Museum a minimum commitment of 24 hours during the season, is required.
